Marking E4ward email as spam has serious negative consequences - E4ward could be blacklisted by your email provider. This would block not only your email, but all of our other user’s email to the same provider, and likely to other email providers as well, if the blacklist is public.
You agree not to register multiple guest accounts without prior approval. Email confirmations for multiple accounts will not be honored, and support will not be provided.
Note that a paid account is not counted as a multiple account. To register with a different name, you may delete your account from the account page first. If you would like to rename your account, please contact us.
Creating multiple accounts on another site via E4ward aliases is strictly prohibited. This applies to various types of sites, including banking, credit card, coupon, contests, social media, and auction sites.
Engaging in such activity, particularly with the intent to gain unauthorized benefits, can have severe repercussions, including reputational damage and risk of blacklisting, which can result in widespread deliverability issues for E4ward and its users.
When fraudulent or illegal activities are involved, E4ward may even be exposed to legal consequences as well.
Therefore, violation of this policy will result in an immediate and permanent suspension without notice or appeal.

Guest accounts which have not been logged into or transferred any mail for 6 months are subject to removal.
Account names are subject to approval. With your signup, you are being granted the use of a sub-domain of our domain E4ward.com. Please do not choose a name which matches or implies a trademark, company or product name, e.g. paypal, ebay10, microsoft, etc.
Please avoid usernames that sound like a system or email function, e.g. server, mailserver, junkmail, admin, send, receive, smtp, backup, mailbox, outbox, inbox, test1, etc. Do not use obcenities.
Acessing the web site via a script or bot will result in suspension. Restrictions on Guest accounts
